Shipping & Returns

Delivery Information

Eunoia offers several shipping options through reliable Norwegian carriers. All orders are shipped from our own warehouse using Posten’s delivery solutions.

Ownership and risk for the goods are transferred from Eunoia to you as the customer once the items have been received from the distributor. After delivery has been confirmed, the customer bears the risk in the event that the package is stolen.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking link so you can follow your package on its journey to you.

Standard delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days after the package has left our warehouse, depending on your delivery address.

 


Returns & Complaints

At Eunoia, you have a 14-day right of exchange and open purchase.

The return period starts from the date you receive your package and lasts until the day you hand the return over to Posten. Any items received with defects or damage must be reported within two (2) days of receipt.

Once we have received your return package, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 


Return Shipping Cost

If you return a product to us, a return shipping fee of NOK 79 will be deducted from the refunded amount once your return has been processed. Any original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.

Complaints (Defective Items)

In the event of a complaint, please contact us by email at hello@eunoia.no. All complaints will be assessed, and in some cases the item may need to be forwarded to the supplier for further evaluation. We aim to process all complaints as quickly as possible.
